2x6 joists, 8' sidewalls, 2" miniblinds, 42" cabinets, knockdown ceilings and over 100+ other standard specifications.
Exterior
55yr smart panel siding, 2x4 exterior walls, R panel metal roof, thermal pane windows are among our standard specs on each home.
Other Specs
With brushed nickel faucets, exterior porch lights, interior furnace, privacy door locks, and more, each of our homes is sure to impress.

Oversees standards and conformity assessment activities in the U.S.
Less than 400sqft
Each manufactured Park Model Home must be no more than 400 square feet when measured at the largest horizontal projection.
Built on a single chassis
Park Model homes are built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels, and comply with the ANSI A119.5 standard for recreational vehicles.
Towable
Park Models must be self-propelled or permanently towable by a light duty truck. They are meant to be easily moved.
Seasonal use
Not meant to be permanently affixed to a property. Park Models are mainly used for camping, recreational, or seasonal living.

Built with the strongest steel in America.
In our chassis department we start by welding crossmembers and outriggers to the strongest steel i-beam frame. Then frame is painted with a rust and corrosion-preventing coating for a solid and durable foundation.

Every Park Model Home from RGN features 2x4 walls with 2x6 floor joists and 2x6 roof construction with a large beam. R21 insulation in the floor and ceiling with R15 in the walls.

While in the production facility, water supply lines and waste lines are installed in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The homes are fully pre-wired in the production facility as prescribed by the NEC (National Electrical Code) and the home’s electrical plan.
